Signalcrest ("we", "us"), operated by Apollo Projects LLC, provides a trend-intelligence service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address (for magic-link sign-in).
• Usage data: the niches you track and alert preferences you configure.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only a customer reference, never card numbers.
• Analytics: privacy-friendly, aggregate, cookieless page metrics (no cross-site tracking).

How we use it

To operate the service (authentication, alerts, digests, billing), improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Sub-processors

We share data only with providers necessary to run the service: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and our analytics provider. Each processes data under its own agreement.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR/CCPA), you may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email hello@signalcrest.app and we'll respond within 30 days. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

Retention & security

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it on request. Data is encrypted in transit. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.
