These terms govern your use of Signalcrest, operated by Apollo Projects LLC. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Signalcrest aggregates public signals and provides trend scores and analysis. Data is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that any trend will materialize — do your own due diligence before acting.
Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API keys secure.
Plans & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues through the paid period. Annual subscribers get an email reminder before each renewal.
30-day money-back guarantee. If Signalcrest isn't useful to you, email hello@signalcrest.app within 30 days of your first payment on a plan and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no form to fill in. This covers your first payment on each plan; subsequent renewals are non-refundable except where required by law, which is why we send the renewal reminder.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse, scrape beyond your plan's API limits, resell the raw data without permission, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signalcrest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app.
